To book a ground, go to the Browse Grounds page, select your preferred city, choose a ground, and click "Book Now". You will need to be logged in to complete the booking. Select your date, time slot, booking type (Match, Inter-School, or Corporate), and any add-on services you need.

Ground booking charges range from ₹1,000 to ₹2,500 per slot depending on the venue. If you have an active subscription, you may get free bookings based on your tier:

• PRO subscribers get their 1st booking FREE
• ELITE subscribers get 5 bookings FREE

After every booking, a mandatory 1-hour cleaning and maintenance buffer is automatically applied. During this time, the ground is unavailable for new bookings. For example, if your slot ends at 3:00 PM, the next available slot begins at 4:00 PM. This ensures every team gets a clean, well-maintained ground.

We offer three booking types:

• Match: Standard match booking when both teams are available.
• Inter-School Friendly: Designed for school cricket teams to play friendly matches.
• Corporate Sunday Fun: Perfect for corporate teams looking for weekend cricket.

Every Cricteacher ground includes clean washrooms, seating and resting areas, on-site support staff, well-maintained playing surfaces, and free refreshments (water and cookies). Additional facilities vary by venue and are listed on each ground's detail page.

You can use the Player Request feature during booking. If your team needs additional players, you can post a request. External players or venue staff may volunteer to join. Note that venue staff participation is entirely voluntary and at their discretion. If you are logged in, we will notify you through email and your registered phone number when a player is available.

We offer four tiers:

• FREE: Pay per booking with free refreshments.
• BASIC (₹3,999): 3 free meals, FREE parking.
• PRO (₹7,999): 7 free meals, 1st booking FREE, zero cancellation fees, FREE umpire, custom menu access.
• ELITE (₹11,999): 11 free meals, 5 bookings FREE, zero cancellation fees, FREE umpire, 2 gear bags FREE, custom menu, priority booking.

Yes, you can upgrade your subscription at any time through your Dashboard or the Subscription page. When you upgrade, the new benefits become available immediately.

No, unused free bookings, free meals, and other subscription benefits do not carry over to a new subscription period. We recommend using all your benefits within your active subscription period.

Yes, parking is FREE for all subscribers (BASIC, PRO, and ELITE). Non-subscribers are charged ₹50/hour for cars and ₹25/hour for bikes.

Every booking includes complimentary refreshments: water bottles and cookies for all players. This is free regardless of your subscription tier.

During the booking process, you can add meals as an add-on service. Choose from Veg, Non-Veg, or Snacks options. Each ground has its own food catalog with different cuisines available. Meals must be pre-ordered at least 24 hours before your match.

PRO and ELITE subscribers can request custom menus by writing their preferences during the booking process. Custom menu requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the match. The venue will do their best to accommodate your preferences.

Log in to your account, go to your Dashboard, find the booking you wish to cancel, and click "Cancel Booking". You will receive a confirmation email after cancellation.

• FREE & BASIC: Standard cancellation fees apply (ground maintenance charges). If you pre-ordered food, food preparation charges will also apply.
• PRO & ELITE: Zero cancellation fees when cancelled at least 4 hours before the booked slot.

If a match is cancelled due to rain or adverse weather (verified by venue staff), you will receive 100% credit to re-book at any available slot. Rain-out credits are valid for 90 days. Read our full Weather Policy for details.

You can add umpire and scorer services during the booking process. PRO and ELITE subscribers get this service FREE when requested at least 24 hours in advance. FREE and BASIC users pay ₹500 - ₹1,000 per match.

Cricket gear (bats, pads, gloves, helmets, stumps) is available for rent at all venues. Pricing varies by subscription tier:

• FREE tier: ₹300 - ₹700 per item/bag
• BASIC & PRO: ₹2,000 per bag
• ELITE: 2 bags FREE, 3rd onwards at ₹2,000

All equipment must be returned to venue staff at the end of your slot.

Refer a friend to Cricteacher and both of you get your 1st match meal free. If your referred friend purchases a subscription, both of you receive 1 free booking. You can find your referral code in your Dashboard.
